Project : Competitive Intelligence Management System (US)

This project aimed to develop a comprehensive system for managing competitive intelligence within a pharmaceutical organization.
The focus was on creating a Taxonomy Builder that organizes and normalizes competitive intelligence data, information, and knowledge using strategic frameworks. This taxonomy facilitates effective data management and retrieval, ensuring consistency and clarity across the system.
In parallel, the project addressed Contract Management by implementing a system to automate and streamline the creation, execution, and monitoring of contracts related to competitive intelligence activities.
This included automating routine tasks such as contract generation, integrating these processes with the Taxonomy Builder.

Objectives

• Easy Taxonomy Building: Create a simple and intuitive tool for organizing competitive intelligence data with clear categories and labels.
• Simplified Contract Management: Develop an easy-to-use interface for handling contracts, from creation to approval, to make the process smoother and faster.
• Seamless Data Integration: Design a user-friendly way to combine and organize internal and external data so users can access everything they need in one place.
• Powerful Search Features: Implement effective search tools that help users quickly find and filter information, documents, and reports.
• Customizable User Interfaces: Ensure that the system’s interfaces adjust to different user roles and access levels, providing a personalized experience for everyone.

Achivements

• Designed Intuitive Taxonomy Builder & Contract Management Interface: Created an easy-to-use tool for organizing competitive intelligence data with clear categories and labels.
• Designed a user-friendly interface for managing contracts, making the process more efficient and less complex.
• Designed a cohesive system that combines internal and external data, allowing users to access all needed information from one place.
• Desgined the search tools inertface that enable users to quickly find and filter relevant information and documents.
• Successfully created all design elements and interactive prototypes for the project in Adobe XD from start to finish.
